We are happy to announce the call for sponsors for the 21st Munin Conference that will take place on April 20–22, 2027, in Tromsø, Norway. The Munin Conference gathers librarians, research administrators, researchers and funders – and offers an opportunity for publishers and other organizations to raise their profile among this audience. Are you interested in sponsoring Munin 2027?
Contributions from our sponsors give us room in the budget to also cover conference fees and accommodation for waiver participants, as well as a complimentary conference reception for all participants. The price of a sponsorship package for the 2027 conference is NOK 25,000 (incl. VAT). Sponsors will receive:
- acknowledgements on the conference website and on social media
- exhibition space (with a poster stand and table) in a designated sponsor area in the poster hall of the conference venue
At least one sponsor representative must be present at the exhibition space during breaks and sessions in the poster hall. Note that the sponsorship package does not include complimentary participant registrations – sponsor representatives will have to register as regular participants. Sponsor representatives that wish to contribute to the regular programme (e.g. with a presentation or a workshop), are welcome to send in an abstract as an answer to the general Call for Submissions by 16 October 2026. Sponsor status will not play a role in the evaluation of the abstracts.
