Oral presentations have been allocated a 10-minute slot, with an additional 5 minutes to allow for questions. We please ask that you plan your presentation so as to keep within your allocated 10 minutes.

Keynotes have been allocated 25 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for questions.

PowerPoint presentations/PDFs should be uploaded to the auditorium computer prior to the start of each session. 

The poster boards provided will be c. 95 cm wide and 124 cm high, sufficient therefore to accommodate a vertical A0 poster. Poster presentations will take place on Tuesday, June 3rd, 15:30–18:00. However, posters should be hung up as early as possible and remain up for the duration of the conference.

Presentations made by students (PhD/MSc/BSc) will be judged by a panel of experts, with prizes to be awarded for the best talk and poster.
