The reimbursement procedure at UiT is done via the The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ). Our adviser Joe Halsør will assist you with the procedure.
A little run-down of how it goes:
- You send a request to Joe, who will forward you the form for collecting your personal information through an encrypted email
- Joe sends a request to register you in the DFØ system
- When you are registered, you will receive a mail granting you access to the DFØ system within 24 hours and providing you with further instructions on how to claim your expenses. You can also go to this page for instructions. A very efficient way to register your claim is to request a video call with Joe, who will walk you through it!
