Five travel bursaries of NOK 5,000 have been awarded to the following abstracts authored by graduate students:
1. Lloyd-Smith, Gyllstad, Kupisch, Quaglia & Suhonen: Language dominance as the main predictor for syntactic transfer in heritage speakers ac-quiring L3 English: Embedded wh-questions, lexical and phonological proficiency
2. Kantarovich: Perception and Production of Lexical Pitch Accent in Heritage Lithuanian.
3. Puig-Mayenco, Miller & Rothman: Spanish-Catalan bilinguals in Catalonia are Spanish Heritage Speakers Too: the Role of Dominance in Explaining Differences in the Spanish of Catalan-Spanish Bilinguals.
4. Timmermeister & Blom: Development of lexical access in Turkish and Moroccan child heritage language learners in the Netherlands.
5. Karayayla: Long-term effects of reduced input on HL ultimate attainment.
In those cases where the abstract is authored by more than one researcher eligible for the bursary, the distribution of the full amount is at the authors’ discretion.
