We have published a video article at the Journal of Visualized Experiments demonstrating how to perform nanoscopy using a photonic chip. It shows how our waveguides can substitute a complex and expensive super-resolution optical microscope with a regular microscope and a chip as the sample substrate offering unprecedentedly large field of view TIRF imaging.
