Chip NanoImaging, a spin-off company from the UiT – The Arctic University of Norway, has just kick-started operating at its headquarters in Tromsø.

The company develops super-resolution microscopy techniques for applications within medicine and biology, both for research and diagnostics, using UiT’s photonic-chip technology as a main bio-imaging platform.

The core members of the team have an extensive background in the fields of photonics, microscopy, and biophysics, and are actively involved in research and development activities both in the academy and the industry.

Congratulations Dr. Helle and assoc. prof. Ahluwalia for this significant step forward, and good luck with the business!
