CCGrid2025 is a physical event with the aim of bringing together the technical community in-person, and giving them the opportunity to network, communicate, share new ideas and learn new insights, ranging from research topics to diversity challenges. We do not offer a virtual option for attendance.

Payment
When registering, you may choose between credit card payment or invoice payment.
Please note that if invoice payment is chosen, the invoice will be sent to you within the next working day (Monday-Friday). Our conference handling partner is Berg-Hansen Nord-Norge AS, and the registration invoice will be sent from them.
Registration Policy
- Conference/Workshop/ICFEC Author registration deadline is March 14, 2025. Non-author early registration deadline is April 14, 2025.
- At least one author of an accepted conference/workshop/ICFEC paper must register as an Author at the “IEEE member” or “Non-Member” price by March 14, 2025. An author with multiple accepted conference papers may have a discount of NOK 2875 for each additional paper registration.
- Member registration rates are available for professional members of IEEE.
- Conference paper page limit is 10. Workshop paper page limit is 8. Up to 2 extra pages can be purchased with a fee (NOK 1750 per page)
- Registration can be canceled on or before April 20, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of NOK 1000 deducted from each refund.
- Registration includes access to conference and workshop rooms, proceedings, food (lunches and breaks), gala dinner, social event, goodies, and one-week bus tickets.
- A limited amount of hotel rooms are proposed in the registration page.
