The CCGrid2025 conference (The 25th IEEE international Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Internet Computing) calls for proposals of workshops, to be co-located with CCGrid2025. Workshops provide forums for discussion on focused topics, emerging or interdisciplinary research areas. Organizers may structure workshops as they see fit, including invited talks, panel discussions, presentations of work in progress, peer-reviewed short/full papers, or some combination of the above.
Workshops are held on the first day of the conference (May 19th) in parallel tracks, and are recommended to be scheduled for half a day, but could be proposed for a full day, depending on interest and space constraints and organizers preference. Organizers should design workshops for approximately 20 to 40 participants, to balance impact and effective discussion.
The acceptance rate of the workshop should be close to the CCGrid2025 acceptance rate (between 20% and 25% of accepted papers). The peer-reviewed accepted papers of organized workshops will be published in the CCGrid2025 workshop proceedings, to be published online in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Each paper must have at least two reviews for being eligible for publication.
All authors and presenters at the workshop should register for the CCGrid conference at the regular registration rates.
