May 19th: Welcome Cocktail
The Welcome Cocktail takes place at Nordnorsk Vitensenter, also referred to as the Planetarium, located at UiT. We will serve food during the event, where you’ll be able to explore over a hundred interactive installations. Furthermore, the movie “Extreme Auroras” will be presented for all of those interested in having a closer look at the northern lights.

May 22nd: Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will take place at Scandic Ishavshotel, where many of our CCGrid participants are staying during the conference. A three-course dinner will be served in the Panorama room, overlooking the sea and The Arctic Cathedral.
