Ramesh is a peace building practitioner with several years of experiences in research, program implementation and policy work in Nepal especially in the field of peace, humanitarian assistance, gender, Gender Based Violence, masculinity, security, justice, community security, Security Sector Reform (SSR) and Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) issues. Among many areas, Ramesh specializes in the field of DDR and Community Security that involve human security, Security Sector Development, Conflict Sensitivity and Conflict and security situational analysis in Nepal. Ramesh holds a M.A. in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies.
